Nigeria’s Folorunsho Alakija Becomes World’s Richest Black Woman.

Now this is BIG! Oprah Winfrey is no longer the world’s richest black woman. That distinction now belongs toNigerian oil baroness and fashionista, Folorunsho Alakija, Time reports.

Alakija is worth at least $3.3 billion, about $300 million more than American television personality Oprah.

The 62-year-old started her career as a secretary at the erstwhile Merchant Bank of Nigeria, but moved to England in the early 1980s to study fashion design. She then returned to set up a high-end label called Supreme Stitches. However, a significant proportion of Alakija’s fortune comes from an oil-exploration license granted to her company Famfa Ltd. in 1993.

Why I Did Not Submit My Certificates To INEC – Buhari.

Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the 2015 general elections, Muhammadu Buhari, has explained why he did not submit his certificates and credentials to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), saying that the documents are with the military.

This came to light yesterday during a visit by journalists to the headquarters of INEC in Abuja where it was revealed that Buhari’s academic qualifications were not on display, unlike those of other presidential candidates including that of his main rival, President Goodluck Jonathan of the PDP.

Explaining the development in an affidavit, Buhari said:
“I am the above-named person and deponent to this affidavit therein. All my academic qualifications documents as filled in my presidential form, President APC/001/2015, are currently with the Secretary, Military Board, as of the time of presenting this affidavit. The affidavit is made in good faith and for record purpose. The affidavit is made in good faith and for record purposes.”

The affidavit was dated November 24, 2014, stamped and received by INEC on December 18, 2014.

STORY! STORY!! STORY!!!

2015 Elections: Sorry I Lost My Certificates To Fire, Sambo Tells INEC.

While filing his document with INEC ahead of the 2015 general elections, Vice President Namadi Sambo has told the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, that his Bachelors and Masters degrees certificates in Architecture from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria has been consumed by fire.

The Vice President however attached two letters from the University to validate his declaration. The first one reads thus;

“To Whom it may Concern: Mohammed Namadi Sambo,” read, “I certify that the above-named person having completed an approved course of study and passed the prescribed examinations was awarded the Bachelor of Science (Architecture) with Second Class Honours (Lower Division) in 1976 by the Senate of this University. His original certificate got burnt. Please treat his case in view of this certification. Thank you.”

While the second one says;

“I certify that the above-named person having completed an approved course of study and passed the prescribed examinations was awarded the Master of Science (Architecture) on May 25, 1978 by the Senate of this University. His original certificate got burnt. Please treat his case in view of this certification. Thank you.”

ACCORDING TO ASARI DOKUBO!!!

President Jonathan will win, in whatever way in 2015 – Asari.

Alhaji Asari Dokubo, leader of the Niger Delta People’s Salvation and Volunteer Front (NDSVF), who is also the founder of King Amachree African University in Republic of Benin, has declared that President Goodluck Jonathan, the candidate of PDP in the 2015 Presidential election, has already won.

Asari said: “2015 Goodluck Jonathan will win, in whatever way they want him he will win. I am not afraid of anybody. My confidence is that he has already won, but in River state I don’t know because there is injustice in Rivers state.

“The injustice in Rivers state is that one set of People cannot rule. Rivers state is a multi-ethnic state and all the ethnic nationalities must have access to government. So whoever is encouraging this perfidy does not mean well for the people because it will explode one day.

"The only way out is for justice to be done in the state and that means an Ogoni candidate should be feed in all the political parties.”

Asari who spoke at the burial ceremony of Late Princess Preba Abigail Prince Ekineh, his grandmother organized by the NDSVF, at Buguma area of Rivers State, said it is not possible for the incumbent president who is also from the Niger Delta region to lose the election that returns him for the second term in office.

He said the incumbent president must win the election adding that the election is a walk over. Asari who said he does not know how it will be done, maintained that measures have been put in place for the success of the election in favour of President Jonathan.

He also said that there is a high level of injustice playing out in Rivers state politics, adding that the political power in the state is supposed to be rotating among the different ethnic nationalities that make up the state. He said power should not be static in one place alone; thereby advocated that power should be shifted to the Ogoni ethnic nationality.

PASTOR TB JOSHUA SPEAKS!!!

TB Joshua Speaks On 2015 Elections.

Prophet T.B. Joshua granted a rare interview to Nigeria’s New Telegraph newspaper in March 2014 in which he made several revealing statements concerning the February 2015 elections. With the date of elections steadily drawing closer and tensions arising around the nation, the clerics words appear even more pertinent now than they did nine months ago.

TB Joshua warns politicians not to derail the nation’s democracy. He spoke with TAI ANYANWU. Here is the transcript of the interview:

There are so many troubles in Nigeria today - problems of insecurity, threats to national unity, political manoeuvrings by rival political parties. What are your comments concerning these troubled times in the country?
It is a normal thing for a country that has a bright future, God’s promise. A bright future always attracts persecution, condemnation and enemies who realise that the future is bright - you see a lot of pressure and threats. The country is on the path to greatness; it will compete with any Western nation in the future and the Western nations know that Nigeria is going to be a giant. That is why there support in these trying times is needed. There is no country that has not passed through this.

All the countries that have become great today all passed through turbulence that nearly consumed them. How we manage the situation matters. If we don’t manage it well, we will not witness the greatness. It is not that the greatness would not come but that would not be for our generation. The greatness will still come but for the coming generation.

With the turbulence being experienced in some states of the federation and the election around the corner next year, how do you think this will play out?
Elections will not happen in some states because of the frequent attacks. This could affect between three to four states. The states would be a no-go area due to violence and elections would not take place in those states unless we move closer to God. We must intensify our prayers. This is what God has showed me and you can imagine what would happen if elections don’t hold in those states. It would have a great implication for our democracy.

How should we manage it?
We should not allow the politicians to politicise all the areas of our lives. For example if you want to enjoy anything, you have to be part of their party. For example, unless you are part of their party, you cannot benefit from things that should be available to you as a citizen. Look at electricity, health etc - they have politicised everything. Religion has been politicised. Even Christianity has been politicised. They go to church; the pulpit is where they campaign now.
Now they go to churches and mosques to bomb them. These are people in church who had gone to pray for themselves. Must everybody become a politician? How we handle the situation at hand now matters. If the situation is not well managed, we will find ourselves postponing the great Nigeria. In other words, we would not witness it but it would be witnessed by our children.

Don’t let us politicise every area of our lives. Let us carefully play our politics with keen decency because 2015 matters in the history of Nigeria. It is either we cross the bridge successfully or it collapses. A good Nigerian that wants this greatness should be able to pay whatever proper price that is needed to be paid to make this dream of a great Nigeria possible. If your being in politics will make this greatness come, then join. From now to 2015 is a very important period in the history of Nigeria and if we don’t manage the situation well, our democracy would be rubbished.

What do you mean by 'our democracy would be rubbished'?
A situation where there would be lawlessness in the sense that the law would not be capable of guiding us because of the pros (for) and cons (against) as contained in the law. That would now take so much time which would lead Nigeria to a discussion table. Where would you and I be at that time?

What can you say about APC and PDP?
In body we can call it APC and PDP but in spirit, they are one and the same thing. I am yet to see the difference. I am looking forward to seeing the difference.

With the situation in the country today and the agitation on 2015, what advice do you have for politicians not to create more tension in the polity and what is the way out?
The advice - many of us need to leave politics while many others need to join in order to inject fresh blood. The people that need to leave politics are not the common people. This is in order to avert the disaster that could rubbish our democracy.

JELILI IS FULL OF JELLY!!!

Obasanjo and Buhari planning interim government —Jonathan's Police Affairs Minister.

The Minister of Police Affairs, Jelili Adesiyan said a plot by former President Olusegun Obasanjo and the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, General Muhammadu Buhari to form an interim government in the country has been uncovered.

The minister made the shocking allegation in Lagos at the launch of a book titled, ‘Watch the Watcher,’ written by one Yinka Odumakin, in reaction to Obasanjo’s controversial book, ‘My Watch’.

Adesiyan said he had already directed the Inspector General of Police, Suleiman Abba; and the Department of State Service, DSS, to take action
and immediately arrest anybody that made inflammatory statements ahead of the 2015 elections.

He said, “Many of those in the APC are disgruntled PDP members who are no longer relevant and because they could not have their way, they have started to heat up the polity. They have said they will form a parallel government if they lose.

“I have already told the IG and the DSS to arrest anybody making such mutinous and inflammatory statements.”

Adesiyan said his suspicion was fuelled by a threat by the Rivers State Governor, Rotimi Amaechi, that the APC would form a parallel government if the 2015 general elections were rigged.

He added, “Obasanjo is already planning to install an interim government with Buhari. But we will vote and we will work with whoever wins the election.”

Adesiyan, who was arrested and detained in 2003 for the murder of Chief Bola Ige, said the former President was vindictive and was fighting Jonathan because he (Jonathan) had refused to be used by him.

The minister, who was later freed over Ige’s murder, said Obasanjo picked Jonathan as the late President Umaru Yar’Adua’s running mate because he felt he could control him but his plans backfired.

The minister said, “He picked a President that was sick and while we were campaigning for the President, he (Yar’Adua) was always in Germany receiving treatment. While many were lobbying for the VP slot, Obasanjo picked a gentleman, Goodluck Jonathan, who had no strong political base so that he could control him.

“Unfortunately for Obasanjo, God had a better plan and Jonathan refused to be used. Obasanjo, being the man that he is, has now teamed up with Bola Tinubu and Atiku Abubakar to snatch power but Tinubu will outsmart him because we Osun people are smart. Ask Tinubu, he is my brother, from my state. He is from Iragbiji while I am from Ode-Omu.”

Reacting, the Director of Communications, Buhari Campaign Organisations, Dele Alake, said it was silly for anyone to say that Buhari was plotting the emergence of an interim government when Buhari was also participating in the presidential election.

He said, “It must have dawned on Nigerians that the PDP don’t have any answer to the multifarious problems plaguing Nigeria and that is why they have resorted to mudslinging and character assassination."

  • THE BIGGEST BULL-SHIT EVER....TALKING FROM YOUR ARSE!!!

BUHARI: ACCORDING TO DR.MK HASSAN !!!

Buhari a Semi-illiterate?

A Rejoinder to 'Semi-Illiterate' PDP Secretary Prof. Wale Oladipo by Dr. M.K. Hassan
I was shocked to read a press statement from Wadata Plaza issued by a so called Professor Wale Oladipo, secretary of the PDP, saying that General Muhammadu Buhari is a semi illiterate jackboot. It is no wonder that our education system has fallen so low, else how can one explain a professor making such a statement? How did Wale Oladipo become a professor to start with? It is quite astonishing that he can say this. The professor doesn’t seem to understand the basic rudiments of learning and what it means for one to be literate or not.

Buhari attended the best military schools in the world. In case the professor doesn’t know, Buhari graduated as a military officer (Lieutenant) in Royal Military Academy, Aldeshot UK. He attended the Defense College India.Col Buhari attended the US Army War College Carlisle in Pennsylvania from 1979 -1980 and earned his command as a Brigadier General. The respected General Collin Powel attended the same school in 1976 to become Brigadier General. Some of Buhari’s classmates include General Beltson, General Thomas P Carney, General Bill Matz, General David E.K. Cooper etc. all of them are alive and can be reached and they will give glowing tributes of the man, Buhari, they know as their classmate.

The curriculum at the U.S. Army War College earns one a Masters Degree in Strategic Studies and that is what Buhari has.

Anyone interested in verifying Buhari’s academic credentials can write the school instead of reading jargon from a deranged Wadata Plaza Professor of Politics of Destruction Party (PDP). I have checked Google Scholar hoping that Prof. Wale Oladipo’s name and publications will show up but nothing is showing up, that says a lot about him as a Professor than Buhari as a retired decorated General who served his country so well and has not claimed any scholarship.

For somebody to claim that a graduate of such a prestigious school is semi-illiterate, means something is very wrong with that person’s brain. By all academic and military standards, Buhari’s education is superb and the best any general can get in the world. Therefore, for Wale Oladipo to claim Buhari is semi-illiterate speaks volumes about his understanding of what education is even all about. The unlearned professor thinks education is about earning paper degrees only, and even if it was the case, Buhari has them from the most respected military institutions in the world.

General Muhammadu Buhari has the kind of military strategic education and experience to deal a decisive blow on Boko Haram and end the insecurity challenges facing Nigeria. Buhari is the only army officer with the opportunity to command 3 out of 4 Nigeria’s army divisions as a GOC.

In 1983, when rebels from Chad took over our land, seizing more than 19 villages (much like what the Boko Haram is doing now), Major General Buhari led a successful operation as the GOC to push back the Chadian rebels and reclaim our territory.

In 1984, when the Maitatsine sect decided to declare war on Nigeria like what Boko Haram is doing now, Head of State, Muhammadu Buhari wasted no time in crushing them. Boko Haram is a descendant of the Maitatsine sect with the same extremist ideology and anti-western education philosophy. It is surely President Buhari that will be able to handle them: eliminating these terrorists when he comes to power like he did before. Muhammadu Buhari as a captain fought in the Congo Civil War and won the Congo Medal. He was there during our civil war to bring peace and keep Nigeria one. That is true patriot: a man that gave his life to another country not only his fatherland.

Since the goons in Wadata Plaza have started the literacy debate, it is very appropriate to ask them that they produce Dr. Goodluck Jonathan’s Ph.D thesis and publications in renowned journals. Goodluck’s speeches, attitude, and interviews with international media don’t portray him as a Ph.D holder. His past interview with Christiane Amanpour was quite embarrassing; he couldn’t even make eye contact with her. Nigerians are eager to read his thesis and publications.

In conclusion, it is obvious to all Nigerians that the PDP government and its illiterate professor are only interested in playing dirty politics with the lives and properties of Nigerians. Nigerians now need Buhari, a man with international military education and experience, a seasoned administrator with zero tolerance for corruption to end this insecurity, bring prosperity, and place Nigeria at the seat it deserves in the comity of nations.

Dr. MK Hassan writes in from Washington D.C.

ON THE BUHARI/OSIBAJO TRAIN!!!

Jobs and security. These are the two pillars on which the All Progressives Congress will build its campaign, according to Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, presidential candidate Muhammadu Buhari’s running mate.

According to him, 80 per cent of youths have no jobs. Besides, Nigeria is fighting an insurgency that has taken thousands of lives.

He said: “We will focus on job creation and security. The most important thing today is how to create employment for the vast majority of people who do not have employment opportunities. Apart from that, security; but creating jobs is primary for me.

“About 80 per cent of graduates that come out of school today do not have work. None graduates are even worse off. As far as I am concerned, the most important challenge any government has today is to ensure there are enough jobs for those who do not have work to do.

“There is no question about my party winning next year’s election. Definitely, we will beat the ruling PDP. I think the people of Nigeria have come to a point where they realise that after 15 years of the PDP, things have got much worse than in 1999.

“Except the people just love suffering for the sake of suffering, there is nowhere else in the world where the PDP will be allowed to stay for one more day. I trust that most Nigerians will vote out this PDP government come February 2015 – by the grace of God. The hope is for change and that is the APC.”

Osinbajo, who is the head Pastor, Redeemed Christian Church of God, Olive Tree Parish, Banana Island, Lagos, spoke to The Nation after the church’s carol service on Sunday.

Reflecting on why he opted for politics, Osinbajo, a former university teacher and foremost lawyer, said it was because of his desire to effect positive change in the lives of the people.

He said policies that will affect the lives of the people can only be implemented if people with integrity occupy top positions in government.

TRUE TALK FROM BUHARI TO JONATHAN!!!

Donate Your N21.27bn Campaign Money To Improve Electricity! Buhari Group Tells Jonathan.

The Buhari 2015 Support Group Centre have asked president Jonathan to spend the N21.27bn donated by businessmen, multinationals and PDP governors  to finance his 2015 presidential election campaign,  on electricity.

The group said Nigerians have witnessed the worst power supply in his regime and says instead of spending the money to campaign on his re-election, the president should spend it to improve power supply for Nigerians.

It will be recalled that the oil and gas sector, doled out N5bn; road and construction, N560m; power, N500m and Chief Tunde Ayeni and his associates, gave out N2bn at the event which took place on Saturday at the Presidential Villa.

PASTOR DIES WHILE PREACHING!!!

What a tragedy! Pastor Gordon A. Humphrey of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Chicago dropped dead on the pulpit after singing the well-loved song, Happy by Pharrell Williams.

Paramedics were called as church members that are in the medical field tried to revive their 60-year-old pastor. He was rushed to the hospital but, unfortunately, the doctors pronounced him dead.

Pastor Humphrey had three churches under his wing at his time of death; two in California and one in Chicago. Humphrey’s mentee, Pastor Greg Hunter, said his pastor died doing what he loved.

This is where the church is putting the emphasis surrounding his untimely passing. He enjoyed preaching and singing and always gave his all when doing so. Pastor Hunter added:
He brought all people together. For years he walked the streets and met with drug addicts and gangbangers that had been enemies and made them begin to love.
