KOGI GOVERNOR WADA ALSO MAKING SENSE !!

Audu’s Votes Died With Him- Wada.

Governor Idris Wada of Kogi state has categorically told the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) that the votes garnered by late Prince Abubakar Audu of the All Progressives Congress have died with him.

Wada, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party said in a statement issued in Lokoja on Sunday by his Wada’s Chief Communications Manager, Mr. Phrank Shaibu, said having had more time to study the INEC’s decision, he was left with no choice but to conclude that INEC embarked on a hatchet job.

Wada said in view of the death of the All Progressives Congress’ candidate, Abubakar Audu, he should be declared the winner of the botched election being the only surviving candidate with the majority of lawful votes cast in the election held on November 21.

“Whatever votes Audu scored in the election died with him,” he said,

  • THE FLIP SIDE OF THE COIN IS WHAT DIS GUY TALKS ABOUT.
  • MAKES SOME SENSE...BUT LETS LET THE LAWYERS SETTLE DIS SHIT.

JONATHAN ESCAPES DEATH !!!

Men arrested after they trailed former President Jonathan's convoy to his home in Bayelsa.

Former President Goodluck Jonathan this morning escaped death by whiskers after the men pictured above, intercepted and drove into a short motorcade conveying the former President from the Julius Berger bridge area of the state capital Yenagoa.
According to a report on Leadership and other media platforms, the militants trailed and chased GEJ's convoy to the entrance of his Yenagoa private residence in the Kpansia area of the town, before they were overpowered and arrested by a combined team of security operatives attached to the former President. Members of the arrested gang have been taken to the Bayelsa State Police Command for further investigation and interrogation. More details later...

KOGI APC NOW MAKING SENSE !!!

Faleke picks late Prince Abubaka Audu's son as his deputy.

APC Deputy Governorship candidate in the Kogi state November 21st governorship election, James Abiodun Faleke says he's picked late Audu Abubakar's son, Mohammed to be his deputy governor once he is declared governor by INEC. Faleke said this while speaking to some of his supporters who had gathered at the home of Late Prince Audu in Kogi this morning. He is pictured above with Abubakar Audu's son, Mohammed.

Faleke is calling for the cancellation of the supplementary election which is being planned by INEC this Saturday December 5th. INEC had declared the November 21st inconclusive and ordered a supplementary election by December 5th. This has caused a division in APC as the party has refused to field Faleke as its candidate for the supplementary election.

Yahaya Bello who came second in the party's governorship primary that produced Audu Abubakar, has been asked to replace Audu in the supplementary election, a decision Faleke is against.
  • DIS MAKES BETTER COMMON SENSE....which is not common

ARMS DEAL 'WOOROO-WOOROO' BY DASUKI & JONATHAN !!!

How Ex-NSA Dasuki got Jonathan’s Approvals to Collect $2.1b from NNPC (Details).

Sambo Dasuki, former national security adviser, received an extra-budgetary allocation of $2.1 billion from the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) within nine months after approvals by former President Goodluck Jonathan, TheCable can report.

Ex-NSA Sambo Dasuki is currently being investigated by the federal government over Billions of Dollars released for the procurement of arms for counter-terrorism operations under Goodluck Jonathan.

New documents have showed breakdown of NNPC’s disbursements to the office of NSA as follows:
$1 billion on March 27, 2014; $200 million on April 9, 2014; $600 million on May 5, 2014; and, same day, $200 million following a request for $250 million.

According to The Cable, the documents also showed that on January 12, 2015, he got $100 million, bringing the total amount his office received from the NNPC to $2.1billion within the nine months.

All these were outside the statutory budgetary allocations to security during the same period, in addition to another $1 billion loan secured by the Jonathan administration to fight Boko Haram.

President Muhammadu Buhari recently ordered the arrest of Dasuki for awarding “fictitious contracts” in excess of N300 billion while he was NSA.

It is believed that the arms and ammunition were either not purchased at all or that substandard ones were procured instead, reportedly leading to the death of many Nigerian soldiers in the hands of the better-equipped Boko Haram insurgents.

There were various media reports, both local and foreign, quoting unnamed Nigerian soldiers complaining about inadequate arms as well as poor welfare in the counter-terrorism war.

Thousands of soldiers deserted the military and those who refused to fight were court-martialed and jailed or sentenced to death.

The Cable can report, however, that Jonathan approved all the disbursements by NNPC, with his senior special assistant on administrative matters, Matt Aikhionbere, writing the covering letters conveying presidential consent to the corporation after the president had minuted on Dasuki’s requests.

Jonathan further approved that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) should give Dasuki N40 billion following another extra-budgetary request.

This was after the removal of Sanusi Lamido Sanusi as the central bank governor in 2014.

Dasuki had written to the then acting governor, Sarah Alade, requesting for N60billion, but she did not act on the request, reportedly because Jonathan was not copied and there was no presidential approval.

Following the appointment of Godwin Emefiele as governor in June 2014, Dasuki re-presented his request but Emefiele too did not act on it because of procedural concerns.

However, Dasuki sent another request, this time copying Jonathan, who – The Cable understands – now sat the two men together and instructed that the bank should give N40billion to Dasuki and another N20billion to the Department of State Services (DSS), although there was no prior request from the department.

It is believed in security circles that the N20billion went to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the former president’s party, apparently to finance the 2015 electioneering.

There was a twist in the story after the 2015 general election when a senator got wind of the N60bn expenditure and tried to blackmail Emefiele, demanding N5bn in order to keep it away from public.

Emefiele reportedly resisted the pressure from the senator, insisting that he acted based on a presidential order. The senator is now a principal officer of the national assembly against the wishes of Buhari, who was made aware of the blackmail in May before he was sworn in as president.

The Cable could not confirm if Emefiele eventually paid anything to the senator.

FANI-KAYODE PICKS ON BUHARI !!!

  • U KNO SAY QUEEN OF ENGLAND NO BE WOMAN....NA 'DOLL-BABY' KE!!! hehehe.

BISHOP KUKAH SAYS THE HARD TRUTH !!!

Muslim elites in the North laid the foundation for Boko Haram - Rev Kukah.

The Catholic Bishop of Sokoto Diocese, Matthew Kukah, says that the Muslim elites laid the foundation for Boko Haram in Nigeria. Kukah said this while delivering a lecture titled ‘The Muslim agenda for Nigeria: Challenges of development and good governance’, at a conference organised by the Islamic Welfare Foundation at the Fountain University, Osogbo in Osun state recently.

“A hypocritical elite continues to believe that it can claim the benefits of democracy but use it only to consolidate its hold on power. This is what has laid the foundation for what is now Boko Haram. We must locate the current crisis of Boko Haram within the context of the inability of the northern Muslim elite to live by their own dubious creed of being Muslims. They preached Sharia Law but only for the poor. They preach a religion that encourages education, yet their own people are held in the bondage of ignorance. They came to power on the basis of a democratic society but they turned around and declared Sharia to generate a false consciousness among the poor that they want a theocracy. They did not wish to live by the same standards, so they decided to live their own Islam in the capitals of the world away from the prying eyes of their own people. Boko Haram began as a revolt against this mendacity, subterfuge and hypocrisy. Now, I hear Muslims in northern Nigeria hiding under the cover of the facts by saying: ‘These Boko Haram people are not Muslims. They do not represent us’. Well, first, they are your own children. You must take responsibility for what has made them what they are today and to the rest of society. They claim they have been inspired by the Quran and no other holy book. They say they want to build an Islamic state. So, they are Muslims. After all, from the debates of the Constituent Assemblies of 1979, 1988, and 1995 and beyond, did their fathers and grandfathers not stage walkouts, demanding Sharia Law? Was it not to tame them that President Ibrahim Babangida declared what he called ‘no-go areas’ in the debates about our constitution? “The promise to institute Sharia has become the most potent tool for political mobilisation and organisation. Till date, the tactics may have changed, but the essence has not. Rather than face the tough questions of how and why over 15 million children in the northern states are on the streets; how and why the northern states are falling behind on almost every index of development, the northern Muslim elite continues to live for just the moment, with no plans for tomorrow. Should we pretend that a society that allows the forced marriages of its young daughters could frown on the idea of a group kidnapping and forcing young girls into sexual slavery? Islam must have an honest look at the mirror and have an internal discussion.”he said.

RICHARD AKINJIDE ON BIAFRA !!!

BIAFRA IS DEAD AND BURIED – PDP Leader Akinjide.

Richard Akinjide served as minister of Justice and Attorney General in the Second Republic government of President Shagari. Akinjide was a frontline member of the defunct National Party of Nigeria, NPN and served as the party’s legal adviser prior to his appointment as attorney general.

He is a member of the PDP Board of Trustees. In this interview with Vanguard, he reviews the actions and inactions of the Buhari government, the prospects of PDP following its recent electoral loss:

You have not been so visible in politics in recent times. Is it age or you are just playing it cool?
I am a prominent member of the Board of Trustees of the PDP and I play very active role in Ibadan, Oyo State and in other parts of the country. So I am very active in the PDP.

Apart from the former Minister of State for FCT, Oloye Jumoke Akinjide, is there any of your other children who is also in politics?
All of them. Abayomi who also is a lawyer is very active in politics, Mobola, my daughter is very active in politics and if you count Jumoke that makes them three, so my family is very active in politics.

What is your assessment of the assignment of portfolios to the ministers?
He nominated very good people, I have no doubt about that. But my concern is with Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory. When we were in Lagos as Federal Capital, Yar'Adua was a Minister for Lagos and he came from the North. When Obasanjo was in office before the Capital Territory was created, a Yoruba person was in charge. But since the Capital Territory has been created, Northerners have been ministers throughout. I don’t think that is the best for the country.

I will like to see an Igbo, Yoruba, Middle-Belt person be a minister in charge of the Capital Territory. To consistently pick someone from the North as Minister for the Capital Territory is not in our national interest and is not good. I am not saying the people that have been picked are bad but I am talking about geographical spread. We should not give the impression that the capital territory belongs to a particular part of the country. It should be something that belongs to the whole country. That is the objection I have and I hope that will be corrected very soon.

Since President Buhari assumed office six months ago, how can you rate his performance in the fight against terrorism?
He has been trying his best. I mean there are areas in which I might have done things differently but overall, I will give him a good pass mark as president of the country.

So Nigerians did not make mistake voting him as the President?
I would not say Nigerians have made mistake although I would have preferred Goodluck Jonathan to win the election. But since he has been elected, I accept the election and we will support him to succeed.

In your wealth of wisdom, what do you think the president should do to make this country better?
Economically, Nigeria is the greatest in Africa. There is no doubt about that. But, we have a committee of 20 of which South Africa is a member and Nigeria is not, I don’t think that can be supported at all. Nigeria should be one of the people in the committee of 20, why Nigeria is excluded, I don’t understand at all. It cannot be defended, it cannot be justified. We should not be looked upon as if we are the colony of Europe or somebody who should be playing third or fourth role in that regard. Europe and America, Japan are wrong.

What is your candid advice to both FG and Pro Biafran protesters on the Biafran agitation?
Anybody supporting Biafra must be very, very wrong. I don’t know their reason but whatever their reason, they are wrong. We fought a war for three years over Biafra and Biafra was defeated and the whole country united with the belief that Nigeria should remain one country and the Igbo joined the country and since then they have been governors in the country, they have been ministers both at the state and federal levels. They have been ambassadors abroad. I don’t see why anybody should now be asking for Biafra again, I think it should be rejected.

I think they should call them to a meeting and talk to them as father to son and ask them to stop because there is no reason for them to do what they are doing. In the last government, we had an Igbo as Minister of Finance (Dr. Mrs. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala) and also, we had an Igbo as Secretary to the government, we also had Igbo as ambassadors in many parts of the world. So, there is no excuse for anybody to say he wants to break up the country again after we fought a bloody war of about three years. We don’t want to go back to that. We want peace everywhere and we want a fair share whether you are from the North, East, West, South, Middle-Belt everything should be evenly and fairly distributed.

While you say you are still active in politics but the likes of Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, and Edwin Clark have chosen to opt out of politics. Do you think it is good for the polity when men of your stature are opting out one by one?

Those people you have mentioned have positions and are statesmen. There is no way they can get out of politics. It is in our blood; it is part of our life and it is in the national interest for us to be actively involved in politics and in governance. I will forever be in politics throughout my life, I will not opt out of it at all either as an adviser or as a statesman. In whatever form that is appropriate, I will definitely play some role in the national interest.

HOT GIST: BETWEEN ABUBAKAR AUDU'S SON & 'SUGARBELLY' !!!

The Truth About What Happened Between Sugabelly & Mustapha Audu (FULL DETAILS)

According to OluFamous......Is it EVER possible for a beautiful girl like Sugabelly to be r*ped by a guy, and gang-r*ped by the guy and his friends, several times, and yet this same lady will be sending love notes to the guy? Sending her nude photos to him and begging him to forgive her and take her back? Can this ever happen?

The above questions are very straight and direct. Yet those are the funny stories that Sugabelly, her real names are Lotanna Odunze-Igwe, is trying to fool people with and, in the process, destroy the reputation of Mustapha Audu, who was just orphaned, having lost his mum years ago and now his dad, the strong man of Kogi State politics, late Prince Abubakar Audu.

It is better that young men don't meet ladies like Sugabelly in their life's journey. They are everywhere in our cities these days, their mission is same - once I meet a man who is rich or from a rich home, he must marry me by force. And if the man decodes her bad character and intentions and refuse to marry her, she takes to blackmail. The more deadly ones will even start Spiritually Manipulating the man!

I have got facts of Sugabelly and Mustapha's relationship and what really went down. See details...

From what we gather, Sugabelly is like a girl who grew up in a dysfunctional home and must have been exposed to dirty stuffs from magazines and movies in her early teenage years.

Coupled with the fact that her mother had a boyfriend who allegedly r*ped her in her mother's house, one can't help but pity the lady, but using her bad teenage years experience as an excuse to rubbish the hard earned reputation of a man who loved her genuinely but dumped her when he caught her cheating with his friends, a fellow lady (yes lesby) and other mess, is nothing but betrayal.

For those who want the truth of what transpired between Sugabelly and Mustapha Audu, here is it:
Mustapha's shocking revelations: "Our relationship lasted like a month and a half. Not even up to two months. I found out she was sleeping with my friends. She slept with a couple of my friends. I discovered and told her about it. She told me she loved me, she wanted to marry me and was madly and deeply in love with me. And I told her it’s not possible, we can’t get married because I am not at the stage where I wanted to be married. And you’ve had something to do with my friends, so the relationship ended
While we were in the relationship, she had told me things about her mum, that she hated her mum, her mum wasn’t there for her and stuff like that. She sent me an email once making reference to her having visions of violent r*pe the first time that we had something physically. She said she had visions of violent r*pe from a past memory and that we weren’t close enough for her to tell me the details. On one occasion then when we spoke on the phone, she said I shouldn’t abandon her, and then she told me that her mum’s boyfriend r*ped her. She said a lot of negative things about her mum
This was part of the reason I didn’t want to release these emails, to protect her.
But the main reason I am doing this is because I got a call today (Saturday), someone told me that her friends disclosed that she’s being planning this for while... she is actually writing a book and planning to finish a book, she wants to start an NGO, she wants to appeal to the US government about surviving r*pe in Africa and she wants to use my family, because of my family’s political name to get traction."

The above quote from the man Sugabelly has wrongfully and wickedly accused of r*pe when all he showed her was love, perfectly set the stage for the truth of this saga. The lady has a bigger agenda.
After analyzing Sugabelly's actions, here's what Mustapha believes she wants: "It’s fame. It’s simple. Fame. She has skills and in her heart, she’s found out that you know what? 'My blog isn’t really getting a lot of traction, I’ve been working on this story, I’ve been writing a book, so let me put out this story first'. First, she got some Twitter people to put it up, when that didn’t get as much traction, she resorted to this. That was the groundwork for this. Now she has put this on her blog and everybody is going to her blog, she is about to launch a book on surviving r*pe in Africa; all of this is some sort of elaborate plan to make money and fame to the detriment of someone who hasn’t done anything to her
"Whatever it is that’s bothering her, I think her mum should speak to her. Her mum honestly needs to speak to her. Her being in the US and being away might not be the best solution. She should actually have a sit down. What is bothering her? She told me she hates her mum... Let her talk to her mum about that."

This saga is getting clearer. What a better way to launch a book about r*pe in African and get the attention of people in the US and make money; just claim you were a victim of r*pe and rather than state the truth that it was your mother's "boyfriend" that allegedly r*ped you, you shifted it to a man whose dad is an influential political figure in the new political landscape in Nigeria. Desperate tricks!

From all the clear evidences, we have come to the obvious conclusion that this lady, Sugabelly is mad that Mustapha got married to another lady and not her. She is bitter that the son of a rich man who she is madly in love with caught her cheating with his friends and dumped her. She has been looking for an opportunity to use their long ended relationship to gain something. This is it!

It is interesting that people, particularly Nigerians, are no longer believing Sugabelly. These days, many girls of 14 and above have read and watched dirty stuffs that push them into s*xual immorality. So, if you're looking at an 18-year-old girl as an innocent child, you might be engaging in self-deceit.

But even at that, Mustapha has revealed that he did not even approach this Sugabelly lady. She was the one who came to him in the office, and I dare say she must have made findings and got to know who the guy's father was (the then governor of Kogi State), so she saw him as a big catch. Do or die!
Mustapha has trashed the allegation of r*pe and/or gang-r*pe clearly: "I am not saying men are angels. I’m not saying I am an angel. But I have never r*ped anyone in my life before. I am happily married. I have three little daughters. I can’t even imagine it. God!"

When a man states his position this clear, it tells you that he has nothing to hide. This misguided lady never for once send him a message that she was angry because "you rap*d me" or "you and your friends gang-r*ped me". In all the suggestive messages she sent him, she NEVER mentioned r*pe.

Mustapha has initiated a court process that will have Sugabelly (Lotanna Odunze-Igwe) publish an apology for the serious dent and distress this wicked and totally false allegations has caused him and his family. He also has words for those who are quick to believe one-side of a story.
Mustapha's words: I want people like Dr. Ezekwesili to think before they act. People called me to draw my attention to her tweets. I thought she was fighting for a cause. I thought she was a mother. I know her sons and they know me. Chine and Chuba used to play football together with me every weekend. They know me. I am not a r*pist.
"I had a mother and my mother would not be proud of Dr. Ezekwesili. What would have been her first reaction if this same girl accused her sons of rapeWould she have gone first to Twitter to condemn them?... If that would be her first reaction, then I must confess, she must be a really terrible mother.
"Unfortunately, I am not active in the social media and even if I was, I don’t think it is appropriate to just expose her and her family issues. That’s why I kept quiet. But to all those out there who are quick to jump to conclusion when you hear one side of the story, please have a rethink. It’s not fair. I was long guilty before anybody decided to contact me to hear my side of the story.
"I thank those who refused to jump to conclusion, but for the many majorities who did, it’s not right, especially given this time that I am grieving. I just got orphaned. It is very very sad! She probably did this because she knows I will protect her. I have children and I know what it’s like. I will not release everything she sent to me."

OBASANJO WORRIES ABOUT POVERTY IN NIGERIA !!!

Obasanjo Raises Alarm Over Increasing Poverty In Nigeria.

Former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo has urged Federal, State and local governments "to do more in the area of employment" as too many Nigerians are suffering the consequences of poverty.

Obasanjo warned that "if there is no job for the unemployed to feed themselves and also to contribute to the development of the country then, we will all be sitting on gun powder."

Speaking very frankly, Obasanjo insisted:
"If University education was not for development then, it was not serving any useful purpose, insisting that "It must be for development, personal, local, national and even global and that is very important."

The former President who spoke at the 10th anniversary and 6th and 7th convocation ceremonies of Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED), Ijagun, Ijebu Ode, Ogun State.

He stated that education should be a meal ticket for anybody that has it, adding that it is also a means for one to break the poverty circle.

Obasanjo advised "I believe in lifelong education. Nobody should stop learning until he or she dies."

OPEN LETTER TO BUHARI !!!

OPEN LETTER TO PRESIDENT BUHARI.

Dear Mr President,
May I seize this opportunity to congratulate you on your success at the last General Elections in which you won convincingly. Pardon me this is coming late.

This is the first in the series of letter I shall be writing to you, first as a Nigerian with the love of the country at heart and secondly as a Citizen in Diaspora. I should however, let you know that in my reasoning I shall take the position of a diasporan more than that of a citizen in Nigeria.
This is not out of disrespect for a country of my birth, but to express my views from the perspective of a “voluntary outsider”.

I represent a large number of Nigerians in Dispora who saw hope for a better future for the country in you. Our reasoning at that time was that you have had the opportunity, though short lived, of ruling Nigeria before, with enviable records among former leaders. So by reasoning, you knew the enormity of the job you were applying for and the fact that it takes more than mere desire. Although many from the opposition warned us that times and situations have changed, we were too “loyal” to believe them.

Your Excellency, there is no doubt that the support you had in the Diaspora was unequalled in the political history of Nigeria. Although we were aware that we were technically disenfranchised because of our locations, we did all we could to sensitise the Nigerian masses, through blogs, social media, etc that it was time for change. Our access to uninterrupted power supply and cheap broadband made it very easy for us.

Some of us did not limit our support to the internet. We followed you every time you ventured outside Nigeria. One of such occasions was on the 26th of February this year at the Chatam House where we stood outside the doors to support you. On this day, there were three groups of Nigerians at the periphery of the venue. The first group were the APC sympathisers, the second were concerned non partisan Nigerians who believed in your Change Agenda and had come to support you by their presence. While the third group were the unruly crowd that were alleged to have been “recruited” all the way from Manchester to disrupt your presentation.

Immediately after the programme, a friend rang me and revealed his plan to go back to Nigeria and contribute towards the development of the country. He was so confident in you and your change agenda that nothing could dissuade him from carrying out his plans, he said. His optimism for a new and better Nigeria was infectious.

My friend is not a politician. No. He is on the other hand a technocrat. He had ideas in his head that can move Nigeria forward. According to him, the atmosphere at home (Nigeria) had not been conducive for him to explore the ideas, but his confidence in you knew no bounds. He was not the only one.

Your Excellency, your campaigns ideas were “powerful” for anybody not to be persuaded that Nigeria is in for a good deal immediately you are elected. You were suave, well spoken and knowledgeable of what the people wanted to hear. You knew what Nigerians were complaining about under the incumbent government, and all you did was promise them everything Goodluck Jonathan could not provide.

Mr President, we could not stop loving you whenever you stated that security and corruption would be your main focus, while steady electricity supply would be top on the agenda. For us Nigerians in Diaspora, there is nothing that keeps us away from the shores of the country mainly than these three “evils”.

Sir, it is over (or almost six months) but nothing seems to have changed at all. I realise the fact that you warned us that you are not a magician, therefore Nigerians should not expect any “miracle”. We are not demanding for much, than what you promised us during the elections. However, these promises seem to be taking “so long” to be fulfilled.

Your Excellency, after so many months of no information from my friend about his relocation plans to Nigeria, I ran into him last week. And it is sad to tell you that he is no longer relocating to Nigeria. He told me a few weeks after your inauguration he wanted to visit Nigeria, but his family advised that he should “chill for sometime and let the President settle down” before coming. He said when he consulted with his family and friends on ground in Nigeria a few weeks ago about his plans, they told him he must be mad to still have the thoughts of coming back to Nigeria.

Sir, my friend is no longer coming to Nigeria with his ideas. His people told him nothing has changed in the country. They told him electricity is still as unstable as the availability of fuel in the country. He was told that the dreaded Boko Haram is still killing people in the north, despite your assurances that the group would be history immediately you win the elections. What about the endless queue at the fuel stations? The cabals are still operating.

Mr President, what are your plans for the country? Thousands of Nigerians abroad are asking this question. They need concrete answers to security, power generation and distribution, jobs for all, Boko Haram, corruption and many more. But all they are hearing on daily basis is how much the past administration had plundered the country’s economy. They are also asking if you or your party did not do “your homework” properly before drafting the manifestos? They want to come home and assist you in developing this great country, but the basics of life must be present before they can venture into it.

Sir, the only returnees now are the 500 Nigerians “allegedly” deported last week by the United Kingdom government. What was your reaction to the number? Did you laugh it off or you shook your head and asked “is there any Nigerian left on the streets of UK?” Nobody has been able to explain the number, sir. But the “foundation” for it was laid by Nigeria’s Acting High Commissioner to the UK, Olukunle Bamgbose, a few weeks ago.

Did you read his interview with the media after your deputy, Yemi Osibanjo visited the UK? He said the UK government was hounding Nigerians in their hundreds and desperate to send many back home. He disclosed that a total number of 29,000 Nigerians were Lagos bound forcefully, courtesy of the UK’s Home Office. Some of them were reported to have lived in the UK for decades. Obviously they would have picked up one trade, career or the other that they can apply to the Nigerian situation.

In conclusion sir, many countries may be rejecting the “asylum” applications of Nigerians not based on fairness, but your promises of a “dreamland” called Nigeria after May 29. Unfortunately, your dream is not coming through, on time. Based on your elections manifestos alone, these deportees need not worry on how to survive in Nigeria. But we have to understand the fact that reality is different from promises. Your manifesto has refused to leave the dream stage to reality. What’s happening sir?

FANI-KAYODE TO BUHARI !!!

Does President Mohammadu Buhari Have A Conscience? - FFK.

Article by Femi Fani-Kayode
''Aside the 105 soldiers killed by Boko Haram, additional 34 soldiers were killed 2 days ago but it wasn't in the news''- Deji Adeyanju. I concur with Mr. Deji Adeyanju. The most heartless and reprehensible thing that our government could have done is to cover-up the fact that 105 of our soldiers were killed by Boko Haram a few days ago. To do such a thing is simply evil.

A soldier ought to be honored in death and this is especially so if he dies in the course of doing his duty and fighting for his nation.
The government has not only dishonored them by not acknowledging their sacrifice but they have also buried them in the wilderness like rabid dogs.
This is wickedness of the highest order and President Buhari, his Chief of Army Staff and his Minister of Defense should bury their heads in shame.
Anyone that buys the lie and propaganda that the 105 soldiers never died and that they are still alive is a compound fool or village idiot.
Will the military also deny the fact that a few days ago 34 of our soldiers were killed by Boko Haram? These boys died for their country. Why deny them?
I am outraged by the fact that a soldier will sacrifice his life for his country yet the citizens and authorities of that country don't even appreciate it.
Pictures of the dead bodies were posted on social media. Everyone in the military knows that those soldiers are dead. It is an open secret. Yet because government denies it so many people just choose to believe them.
The truth is that Boko Haram must have used chemical weapons in the attack. When you look at the pictures of the dead bodies this is obvious. It was probably mustard gas.
All we want from the military is the truth. If 105 soldiers were not killed then how many actually were?
The whole episode happened last week in Borno state and the military authorities are denying it. I am sickened by that.
If others cannot appreciate the importance of honoring our dead soldiers, I can.  I will not be intimidated and I will not remain silent.
Tell us where our boys are buried and if you refuse to do so we will keep asking. There must be accountability and respect for those that have made the supreme sacrifice just to keep the rest of us safe. Our soldiers deserve that much.
Finally let it be said loud and clear that since President Buhari came to power he has not bought one bullet for the military. Considering the fact that we are in the middle of a protracted and very bloody war I believe that this is utterly shameful. If you say you want to fight and defeat Boko Haram then why are you not buying arms for your troops?
This brings me to other matters and raises other questions about our President's sincerity of purposes and commitment.
You say that you are fighting Boko Haram yet you are travelling the world drinking tea with world leaders whilst your soldiers are secretly being slaughtered.
You say you are fighting Boko Haram yet you were nominated as their spokesman and chief negotiator 2 years ago in proposed peace talks with the Federal Government.
You say you are fighting Boko Haram but the man you appointed as your National Security Adviser was retired from the army a few years ago for ordering the release of Boko Haram terrorists under suspicious circumstances.
You say you are fighting Boko Haram but the first thing you did when u came to power was to remove military checkpoints. This guaranteed Boko Haram free movement and access to the entire country.
You say you are fighting Boko Haram yet last year you told the world that an attack on Boko Haram is an attack on the north.
You say you are fighting terror yet since you came to power Boko Haram has grown in strength, has regained lost territory and has been declared the ''worlds number one most deadly terror group'' by the Global Terror Index.
You say you are fighting terror yet since you came to power Nigeria, according to the Global Terror Index, has been declared as not just having ''the first most deadly terror group in the world'' which is Boko Haram but also of having ''the fourth most deadly terror group in the world'' which is a group that the Index describe as the ''Fulani militants'' and that we call the Fulani herdsmen.
You say you are fighting Boko Haram yet since you came to power Nigeria has been declared the world's ''third most terrorised country'' by the Global Terror Index after Iraq and Afghanistan which were declared first and second respectively whilst Syria and Pakistan were declared fourth and fifth.
You say you are a ''born again democrat'' yet you voted against the protection of human rights at the United Nations alongside Iran, Zimbabwe and North Korea.
You say you respect human rights yet you barricade Colonel Sambo Dasuki, the former National Security Adviser, in his home, endanger his life, deny him medical attention, flout court orders and make him critically ill.
You say you respect human rights yet you arrest Governor Boni Haruna simply for standing as surety for Dasuki and you try to force him to abandon his friend.
You say you respect human rights yet you raid  Governor Attahiru Bafarawa's home and arrest and detain his son simply because he is friends with Dasuki.
You say you respect freedom of speech and human rights yet you lock up Nnamdi Kanu indefinitely and your security agents shoot two unarmed and harmless pro-Biafra youths to death in Enugu simply because they were involved in a peaceful demonstration.
You say that you are a believer in the rule of law yet you ordered your secret police to storm a sitting governors official home in Akwa Ibom knowing that he enjoys immunity from such matters.
You say you love Nigeria yet a bomb goes off in Kano killing over 21 people and instead of coming back home to mourn with your people you continue junketing around the world.
You say you know how to run Nigeria but according to Paul Wallace and Michael Cohen of the United States magazine known as Bloomberg Business your ''bounce has become bust'', your ''policies irk investors'', you have ''destroyed Nigeria's economy'' and you ''do not have the capacity to move the country forward''.
You say that you know how to manage the economy yet stocks and shares have crashed, small businesses are folding up, our foreign currency has dried up, industries are collapsing, agricultural output has decreased, our foreign reserves have been spent and the value of the naira has depreciated since you came to power and it continues to fall.
You say you know what you are doing and how to manage Nigeria's affairs yet the U.S,-based Washington Times newspaper says that you lied to America about your so-called good intentions for Nigeria and that you have ''duped the United States of America'' with your false promises and empty words.

You say that you are fighting poverty yet according to the Business Day Newspaper Nigerians are ''getting poorer for the first time since 1999''.
You say that you will restore our countries fortunes yet the fuel queues are back and the prices of food, transport and basic commodities are soaring by the day.
You say that you are a man of your word and after you were declared winner of the election you promised not to malign, persecute, witchunt, demonize, disrespect or go after President Goodluck Jonathan and members of his administration unless you had concrete evidence of wrongdoing yet when you came to power you did precisely that.
You say you are fair-minded, true to your friends, loyal to your supporters and always reasonable yet you did not concede even one ministerial slot or approve one ministerial nominee of the two men that helped you more than any others to win the presidential election, namely President Olusegun Obasanjo and Governor Bola Tinubu.
You say that you want the country to change, that you believe in fairness and equity, that you are a progressive, that you believe in a generational powershift and that you want the country to move forward yet you are trying to destroy Governor Bukola Saraki simply because he won an election and became Senate President.
You say that you are fighting corruption yet no-one has been made to face the music or brought to book over the 25 billion naira REMITA and Systemspecs scandal and neither has the matter been clarified or resolved even though it has been established that the whole deal was struck under your watch.
You say you love Nigeria and all Nigerians yet your Fulani kinsmen, under the guise of herding cattle, are slaughtering thousands of innocent people all over the south and Middle Belt, yet you remain their Grand Patron and you refuse to utter to a word of condemnation for their actions.
You say you respect Nigerians yet every time you travel out of the country you spend your time telling foreigners and the foreign media how useless, rotten and corrupt your people are and how you are the only saint in Nigeria.
In view of all this I am constrained to ask whether President Muhammadu Buhari has a conscience or is it that he has just lost touch with reality? Everything that I said about him during the Presidential campaign has been confirmed and in just six months he has betrayed the trust and squandered the goodwill that the Nigerian people bestowed upon him in the March presidential elections. I have to say that I am not surprised by this because his ''change'' mantra was just an illusion.
May God enable him to find the courage to retrace his steps before it is too late and may the Lord deliver Nigeria from those that are around him that fail to tell him the truth.
What he and his APC failed to disclose to the Nigerian people during the campaign is that what he meant by ''change'' was a change from light to darkness. Sadly our people trusted him and now he has plunged our nation into that darkness

I gather that they call those of us that oppose President Buhari and that are PDP supporters the ''wailing wailers''. That is an interesting expression because by the time Buhari finishes with Nigeria I have little doubt that the entire country will be wailing.
The truth is that I would rather be a ''wailing wailer'' that posterity vindicates than a ''lying liar'' or a ''howling howler'' who has lost his way and who continues to have confidence in a man like Buhari and a party like the APC that is hell bent on destroying our country and our cherished democratic institutions with their Rambo-like insensitivity and total ineptitude.
All those ''lying liars'' and ''howling howlers'' that voted for President Buhari should clap for themselves for the terrible mess our country is now in. We will remember them in our prayers too.

COURT SACKS DAVID MARK !!!

Court Of Appeal Sacks Sen. David Mark.

A Court of Appeal, sitting in Makurdi, Benue State, has nullified the election of former senate president, David Mark. The court faulted the decision of the Independent National Electoral Commission to declare Mark, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, winner of the March 28 senatorial election in Benue south.

A rerun of the poll must be conducted within 90 days, the court ruled.

Mark’s purported victory was challenged by the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Donald Onjeh. Yet another one.
