HAVING SEEN THE INVASION OF THE KENYAN SHOPPING MALL BY TERRORISTS, AND RECENTLY THE INCIDENT IN MALI....I'M BEGINNING TO ASK MYSELF IF NIGERIA REALLY HAS A 'SWAT TEAM' ON GROUND...FOR OBVIOUS REASONS (BOKO-HARAM). A SWAT TEAM IS A 'SPECIAL WEAPONS AND TACTICS' TEAM, SPECIALIZING IN TACTICAL RAID OPERATIONS.
- I could not help admiring the Kenyan and Malian response to their terrorist incidents.
- Are we prepared for such KATAKILISM (KATAKATA) in Nigeria???
- I bet my life, that even our police are clueless in this area.
- Needless to say the army are not trained for such counter-response.
- If u ask me, the ONLY Agency in that country that is trained for such operations is the NDLEA...bcos they spend all their days responding to, and raiding drug offenders, who are usually armed also. Thanks also to their ex-Chairman, late General Musa Magana Bamaiyi (action man). Moreso I have seen them in action. They are disciplined and impressive, and they definitely wld match international standards in tactical operations. If i were Mr. President (Buhari), I wld pay a bit more attention to those unassuming NDLEA officers, and use them for National assignments...plus train them even more. We are in an era of REALITY...terrorism. It is not a question of whether it will happen...it is a question of WHEN.
- The rest of your Military and para military Units in Nigeria are a BIG WASH-OUT.
- Close your eyes and imagine a 5Star Hotel in Nigeria facing the same plight as the Mali one...THEN WHAT HAPPENS?????
- BUHARI....please tell me.!!! Im scared.
