Billionaire Businessman Emeka Offor Joins APC.
It was speculated last year that Anambra born businessman, Sir Emeka Offor, was making plans to join the ruling APC from PDP, as his businesses were not doing well. But his people denied, saying there was nothing wrong with his financial status.
Finally, Emeka Offor, a businessman and government contractor, has joined the APC.
