Chief Edwin Clark, Politician, Ijaw Leader, and Elder Statesman is setting up a University called the Edwin Clark University of Technology in his hometown, Kiagbodo, Delta State. He said he wants to give something back to society, knowing that God can call him at anytime!!! It would be recalled that Chief Clark was Commissioner of Education under Brigadier Samuel Ogbemudia under the old Bendel State.
