SEE WHAT I READ SOMEWHERE ONLINE REGARDING A BANK ROBBERY IN THE FESTAC AREA WHERE A POLICE STATION WAS RIGHT OPPOSITE THE UNFORTUNATE BANK.....I LAUGHED MY HEAD OFF. HOW SAD. DESPITE ALL THE SPECIAL FUNDS THAT HAVE BEEN SET ASIDE FOR OUR POLICE IN PAST YEARS !!! WHO IS AT THE RECEIVING END???....we the poor Nigerians!!!
“The policemen did not come out. They did not show their faces. They all ran. In fact, the armed robbers entered the police station and were shooting. They dared the officers to come out. Most of the police men removed their uniforms, hid them, while the female officers were rolling on the floor and screaming that they were suspects.
“It was shameful because the police waited until the armed robbers had left the scene before they started patrolling the area and looking for young boys to arrest,”
