Ace Yoruba Comedian, Baba Suwe, has headed for the Supreme Court after the Court of Appeal recently quashed the High Court Judgment which awarded him the sum of N25 million compensation for wrongful imprisonment by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA. It would be recalled that Baba Suwe was detained for about 3 weeks by the NDLEA on suspicions of ingesting a narcotic substance, which was never substantiated.
