The Monarch of Ehin-Ogbe Community, a border town in Ogijo, Sagamu Local Government, Oba Akeem Elupepe, and his relations were severely attacked and beaten up by hoodlums. The attackers are said to be an opposition faction contesting the throne, led by one Moshood Okeowo and his supporters. They were said to have hired the help of a Police Team from the neighbouring Lagos State Command to perpetrate the act. The monarch was chased out of the Community, while sustaining injuries.
