The Chairman of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, Ahmadu Giade, while facing a House of Representative Committee on Drugs & Financial Crime, in Abuja, stated that between 2006 to date he handed over 70 Case Files, and N93.1 billion to the EFCC for prosecution. He however claims that, to his knowledge, only three of the cases have been successfully concluded by the EFCC. The Chairman of EFCC, Ibrahim Lamonde, failed to turn up for the hearing.
