Phillip Idowu, 34, the British Olympic Triple Jump Champion was pulled over by police in his white Land Rover SUV, in Epping, Essex, UK for being three times over the legal limit. He was bailed, and is to appear before a Magistrates Court in Chelmsford, Essex, on Monday.
