ANGOLAN DEPORTEE WAS UNLAWFULLY KILLED.

A London Inquest, today concluded that an Angolan deportee, Jimmy Mubenga, was unlawfully killed on board a British Airways flight after being restrained by three security guards from G4S, in October, 2010. The 46-year old man was on a flight back to Angola, after having served a jail term for committing Actual Bodily Harm (assault). The inquest, sitting at Isleworth Crown Court, West London, heard that Mubenga was being restrained despite shouting for help that he could not breathe. The Crown Prosecution Service says it will now reconsider its original decision not to bring criminal charges against the guards, who are now alleged to have acted with unreasonable force.

  • Good decision to prosecute the guards...d way dem dey hama dis deportees no good sometimes.
  • On d other hand at times d deportees dey behave like say their life depends on living in another man's country. Especially in a case like dis where u don go prison come...just go home jejeje...abi wettin remain?
  • D other day i hear say wan stupid deportee set himsef on faya for one European Airport, or so. As for me o...dat na craze. Wettin dey there...patapata i go go farm for my village. Is it worth defacing your body bcos u wan stay for Europe...no be beta place like Britikoko or Amerikoko sef...ee b like say na Bulgaria or sometin like dat!!! God forbid bad tin.
