The leader of the New PDP, the break-away faction of the National PDP, has cried out that there is MASSIVE LOOTING going on under the Jonathan Administration. He said a manifestation of this is the fact that the Federal Government has been unable to pay States their SHARE OF THE FEDERAL ALLOCATION SINCE JULY!!!
