TOO MUCH FOOD IS OFTEN THE PROBLEM.

This 64 year old woman weighed 17st 12Ib, and had breathing problem. She dropped down to 8st 7Ib after doctors told her she stood the chance of dying. She changed her diet and took up WALKING.

Especially those wey live for high-density areas like Lagos Mainland, wey space no dey to say you wan stroll. Dat wan be say na DANFO go break your leg....abi make Area Boys tear your sokoto. Lol. 
  • We wey dey for LEKKI wey fresh air and open space dey...you go notice say we dey live longer. Lol. Even poor man for Lekki dey live stress-free life pass big man for mainland....except dis wan wey Fashola and him broda Tinubu don make life a nightmare for those along d AJAH axis....dat una express road wey no go ever finish.
