Bomb Blast rocks School in Potiskum, Many Students Killed.
The evil ones are still sending many Nigerians to their early grave and the government appears helpless. As you read this, scores of students have been killed and several others wounded after a bomb went off at the Comprehensive Secondary School, Potiskum, in Yobe state.
The device was said to have exploded early morning of Monday as the students lined up for the usual morning assembly. Already, Police PRO, Emmanuel Ojukwu, has confirmed the blast on Monday.
At least 48 people were this morning killed at the Government Comprehensive Senior Science Secondary School in Potiskum, Yobe state after an explosion occurred as students gathered for morning assembly before classes began.
Some reports suggested that the bomb was carried in the backpack of a suicide bomber, dressed as a student who stood in the midst of the students as the morning assembly was on-going. About 79 other students who were injured have been rushed to Potiskum General Hospital, not too far from the school.
