The former Governor of Bayelsa State, Timiprey Silva, said Jonathan is incompetent, and that he is SORRY he was made President in the first place!!! He said, at an APC Rally in Yola, that he is apologizing on behalf of the Niger Delta Region for imposing a BAD CANDIDATE on Nigeria as President.
