President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe has returned to Singapore for his usual medical checks. He has, in the past, regularly visited Singapore for eye operations among other things, as he was banned from obtaining any EU Visas in 2002. The geriatric President is 90 years of age, but refuses to let go of the Presidency of that ailing ram-shackled country called Zimbabwe!!!
