Segun Okeowo was the vivacious and vibrant Student Union Leader of the 70s, who led Nigerian Students against the then Obasanjo Military Government, while protesting the increase on daily meal tickets of students to 50 kobo plus. Those were the days of ALI MUST GO. Colonel Ahmadu Ali was then the Federal Commissioner for Education. Okeowo has died aged 73, at the Olabisi Onabanjo Teaching Hospital, Sagamu, Ogun-State.
