The Supreme Court of Nigeria, yesterday gave the Federal Government the go-ahead to prosecute late General Abacha's first son, Mohammed, for complicity in the illegal diversion of public funds into foreign Banks. General Abacha was Nigeria's Head of State (Dictator), and during his tenure, Nigeria suffered a monumental scale of capital flight and wanton corruption coupled with human rights abuse.
