President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan of Nigeria, in 'special' army uniform, reviewing officers/inspecting the grand finale of the 2013 Nigerian Army Day Celebration. The President urged the Army to respect rule of law in 'fighting terrorism'. He said he was very satisfied with the strategies employed in fighting Boko Haram in the recently pronounced State of Emergency???
