Nappy and diaper production is now good business in Japan, as Companies struggle to cope with production, to meet up with their ageing population. It is said that by 2020, more adult nappies/diapers will be sold in Japan than baby nappies because 40% of the population will be aged 65 years or over. Japan's population is ageing at the fastest rate among the developed countries of the world, due to long life expectancy, and low birth rate. Countries like United Kingdom, Germany and America all have higher birth rates than Japan.
