GOOD OLD BRITISH CALEDONIAN AIRLINES!!!

WHEN AIRLINES HAD CLASS....and WHEN NIGERIA WAS NIGERIA!!!

  • This is the Popular BCAL of the good old days...when awa Naira was STRONG....GIDIGBA-GIDIGBA.
  • Before then there was BOAC (British Overseas Airways Corporation) in the 60s.
  •  For those old enough to remember, BCALwas the favourite Airline of Nigerians in the 70s and early 80s. It finally went aground in the second half of the 80s.
  • Dat was also when Airlines had CLASS...no be now wey Air hostess go dey dodge passengers wey dey ask for too much food or drink. Even sef na old mamas and ugly babes dey do Air Hostess now sef.
  • It landed only at Gatwick Airport in dem days...and I remember paying only N200 (Nigerian Currency) to travel from Lagos to London Gatwick in the mid 70s....The Swinging 70s. Note dat N200 no fit buy you BREAD for Naija dis days o.
  • WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO AWA NAIRA and DEAR COUNTRY???
  • Some of you young ones would not believe dis...but dat was d REAL DEAL. Nigeria was on top of d world. We dey even change 1 Naira to 1 Pound dat time sef for Bureau De Change.... NEAT. Oyinbo dey BOWWWWW dat time for Naijaman....walahi.
  • Dat time na only beta people dey travel out of Nigeria...Nigerians no dey do menial jobs for London for dat time. You were either a student, or a serious businessman.
  • All dis your useless Leaders now had such POOR/IMPOVERISHED parents/background dat dey could not even afford to go to the Airport...not to tok of entering Plane. Dats why dem dey chop us DRY now.....with VENGEANCE. Bcos dem don see too much suffer and poverty. Otherwise how can anyone explain d kain volume (billions) of Naira wey dem dey chop!!! Dats why dem tink say money can buy everything, including people's conscience, people's wives, people's daughters and people's future.
  • Until we get leaders wey MONEY no mean anytin to...we no go commot for awa QUAGMIRE!!!
