THE FLOOD-GATE OF KHAT INTO BRITAIN!!!

What you see in the above photo is called KHAT, a flowering shrub which gives you THE HIGH, when chewed. It is commonly used in North Africa, and the Persian Gulf. In the UK it is sold at Somali Coffee Bars. About 160,000 sticks of it were recently loaded and delivered into a Ware House in Southall, West London. Each week, the Supplier receives two deliveries from Kenya worth almost £2 million each. This is because, despite its high potency, it is NOT ILLEGAL in the UK. Trust the Americans...it is very illegal in USA. The UK Government has said it will make it illegal NEXT YEAR??? This explains why dealers are desperately FLOODING the UK with the said drugs/plant. Each stick of khat sells for £3, while a box of 40 sticks sell for £35. In Britain alone, the trade in khat is said to be worth more than £80 million a year on the streets. Khat contains cathinone, an addictive stimulant with similar effects to, but less intense than that of methamphetamine and cocaine. One BIG KHAT dealer is said to have sued the UK Home Secretary, claiming that the proposed ban is a BREACH OF HUMAN RIGHTS of users!!!
