Reports have come in that the KIDNAP-KINGPIN of Delta State, Kelvin Oburuvbe, has been arrested by the State Security Services. He was rounded up, along with his fellow SCUMBAGS while enjoying in a Hotel, in Port-Harcourt. It would be recalled that about two weeks ago he had issued an ultimatum to President Jonathan to grant Kidnappers Amnesty, or face the agony of having Oil-Pipes blown out in Delta State. He is said to be the leader of the group behind the MIKE OZEKHOME kidnap.
