This morbidly obese 5stone two-year old Saudi Arabian toddler is the world's youngest patient to undergo gastrectomy operation (GASTRIC BYPASS SURGERY). It is a surgical procedure which involves part of the stomach being cut away!!! He was said to be having severe breathing problems while sleeping. He has attempted dieting, to no avail.
