This OKADA RIDER in Ibadan, Oyo State, flung himself under a truck (and later an SUV) in a frantic suicide bid, because officials of the State Commercial Vehicle Registration Unit impounded his Bike, alleging that his documents were FAKE. Despite being prevented from killing himself by on-lookers, he still ended up in a state of stupour/shock, foaming from the mouth. He was later whisked to the Adeoye State Hospital by Police.

- I can understand d guy o...and I bet my last dollar dat he genuinely paid for authentic documents, but got fake ones...courtesy of the syndicate LEGITIMATELYoperating outside the Licencing Office.
- D government people should go after the TOUTS dat hang around Council facilities/offices, selling fake papers. Sebi na d government workers demselves dey support those touts. Abi who dem dey work for? Who dem dey DELIVER to? Afrerall no be say d poor guy siddon for house come produce fake documents. Na for una Local Government Licencing Office ee for buy am. And how is he supposed to know it is fake?
