The Governor of Kogi State, Idris Wada was openly snubbed by colleagues of the late Professor Festus Iyayi, whose death resulted from the Governor's Convoy, on Tuesday. The Governor was said to have attempted to visit the injured colleagues of the late Professor, and also to sight the corpse of the deceased. He was prevented from doing so by angry colleagues who claimed he was INSENSITIVE because he did not arrive at the hospital until 5pm, even though the accident happened at about 11am in the morning. They also claimed that the Governor did not even provide them with an Ambulance to convey the corpse, and injured persons. Worse still, the Governor did not stop at the scene of the accident when it occurred.
- Shame on You, Mr. Governor. The other day here, you were a desperate citizen campaigning for your peoples votes.
- You took an innocent life, without remorse!!!
- Dis can only happen in Nigeria.
- VAGABONDS IN POWER.
- You can take life, but cannot create LIFE. You cant even sustain life sef...otherwise your people will not be dying of HUNGER while you are busy cruising around in LOUD CONVOY.
