- When I was young...if you were a good fotografa....dey would nick-name you PETER OBE.
- He was a house-hold name for those old enough to remember the SWINGING 70s in good old NAIJA. When MEN were MEN....kaiiii.
- D days when a whole Volkswagen Beetle car sold for just N1,000. And University students ate Sunday Lunch of Jollof Rice/Chicken/Tree Top Orange Juice for just 20 Kobo (meal ticket). And believe it or not...to buy a British Caledonian Ticket to LONDON was only 200 Naira. On top of it...na for Gatwick dem go give you 6-months Visa....STRAIGHT!!! Even sef I remember say I be change my Naira to Pounds for Victoria Station for d rate of ONE-to-ONE. Did I see you open your mouth? Na TRUE. Shows you how awa EVIL LEADERS have destroyed awa country. Dat time...oyinbo dey BOWWWW for Naija people. Quote me. We carried ourselves with PRIDE.
- KAI....NAIJA don kill me oooooo. GOD...WHY Now???? Wettin we do YOU?
- PLEASE FORGIVE US...LORD/JESUS/ALLAH. etc etc.
- Walahi...d way I feel...I kno dat DIS PAIN shall remain with me till I die, unless there is a MIRACLE in Nigeria. Dat makes me to appreciate d DEEP PAIN people like Peter Obe, and our great elders gone, must have suffered before their passage. NIGERIA WE HAIL THEE!!!
