President Goodluck Jonathan of Nigeria jets out to France tonight, via Germany. He is attending a Paris Summit on Peace and Security in Africa which will be attended by 50 other Leaders. Jonathan shall be accompanied by the First Lady, Dame Patience Jonathan, his numerous Ministers, and his National Security Adviser.
