Shehu Sani, a Human Right Activist and President of the Civil Rights Congress CRC, has blamed President Jonathan for FRUSTRATING PEACE TALKS with the terrorist Boko-Haram Group!!! He said the President was not forth-coming in seizing an 'opportunity' to engage with Boko-Haram leadership with a view to bringing an end to the terrorism in the North.
