Julie Harry, the daughter of late Marshal Harry, former National Chairman of the All Nigerian People's Party, who was kidnapped ten days ago has been released. The family spokesman said they had to pay N2 million to the kidnappers in order to effect her release. He maintained that they had to pay because the Police seemed HELPLESS. Julie Harry was seized on the 1st December, 2013, a few metres from her home, and her Honda CRV car was recovered in Rumumasi, Port Harcourt the next day.
