A death row inmate serving in a Kenyan Prison has CHOPPED OFF his own penis because he was not granted Presidential Pardon at Christmas!!! It is a yearly tradition in Kenya for the President to read out names of prisoners to be granted pardon. The inmate, Francis Karuri, embarked on the action when his name was not read out. He claimed he no longer had any use for it.
