APPEAL COURT STALLS GBENGA DANIEL'S APPEAL FOR LACK OF QUORUM???

An Ibadan Appeal Court, full of Daniel supporters, on Thursday was shocked when the Court Clerk appeared at 10.15am to announce that the Court was adjourning, due to inability of the judges to form a 'quorum'. Case was adjourned to October 9, to hear the motion filed by the erstwhile Ogun State Governor.

  • Shame on you judges. Dis is tantamount to 'case closed' o. Kai...All dis awa over-fed judges sef? Dis tin na delay tactics. Wettin be quorum? After waiting for months to hear this matter? Does it mean dey couldn't ensure there was a quorum?
  • I smell a rat, as usual. If dis is another justice for sale matter, I sorry for una. Na so una go drag am sotay, the crook go become senator for 2015, and nothing will touch him. The next tin na immunity dem go dey sing.
  • Naija no serious o. I wan cry. They are more or less giving the kleptomaniac more time to plan, hide, and launder the money he stole from the good people of Ogun State. Big shame.
  • I bet the supporters were all dressed in 'Aso Ebi'...poor lots. That is how audaciously vulgar these our  crooked politicians are....rubbing it on our faces.
