The New York Police Department has arrested one Shamel Allen, 28, of Brooklyn, for the death of the Nigerian Cab Driver, Uro Ama Orji, murdered on 13 June, 2013 in Brownville. He was caught on a near-by CCTV Camera, and has been charged with manslaughter, and possession of weapon.
